The Nerja Town Hall has tendered the redevelopment works of Cantarero Street, in Maro, with a budget of €340,377.96 and an execution period of four months. Interested companies have until September 24 to submit their bids.
The Town Hall of Nerja has approved the file and the terms for tendering the redevelopment works of Cantarero Street, in the district of Maro. The works have a budget of €340,377.96, co-financed with municipal funds and those of the Provincial Council of Málaga, and a maximum execution period of four months.
The mayor, José Alberto Armijo, has stated that “we continue to promote investments to improve the streets of Maro, advancing in the transformation and modernization of its urban spaces.” He also recalled that this action “adds to those developed in recent years in San José, San Joaquín, and Cristo streets.”
The Infrastructure Councillor, María del Carmen López, explained that, following the approval of the terms, the call for bids is already published on the Town Hall's Contractor Profile. Interested companies can submit their bids until September 24. The project also has the necessary authorization from the Cultural Delegation of the Junta de Andalucía.
The district mayor of Maro, Nuchi Moreno, emphasized that “with this new investment, our Town Hall reaffirms its commitment to Maro and the progressive improvement of its infrastructure, working to have more modern, accessible streets that meet the needs of the residents of Maro.”
