Power Cut in Eight Streets in Central Nerja Due to Improvement Works

Eight streets in central Nerja will experience a power cut on Monday due to electrical network improvement works. A generator will be in place from 10:00 to 16:30.

The Town Hall of Nerja announces a power cut this Monday in eight streets in the centre due to electrical network improvement works. A generator will restore service between 10:00 and 16:30.

The Town Hall of Nerja has informed that the company e-distribution, part of the Endesa group, will carry out a temporary interruption of the electricity supply this Monday, 24th August, in several streets in the town centre. This measure is in response to improvement and maintenance work on the distribution network.

The work is scheduled between 8:00 and 18:30. During this period, the company will install a generator that will allow the service to be restored approximately between 10:00 and 16:30.

The affected streets will be Pintada, Cristo, Ánimas, Bronce, Cruz, Granada, Nueva, and San José. The company has apologised in advance to residents and businesses in the area for any inconvenience that may arise.
