The student team from the University of Málaga competed for the first time in the Formula Student Alpe Adria, overcoming the rain and completing the dynamic tests with their electric monoplane MA26RT.

The Málaga Racing Team (MART) from the University of Málaga (UMA) has concluded its participation in the Formula Student Alpe Adria, held from 18 to 23 August at the Bugatti Rimac Test Track in Croatia. This was the Málaga team's debut in this international competition, arriving after a week at the Formula Student Spain.

The expedition faced adverse weather conditions, with rain being the main feature for much of the week. Despite this, the team managed to pass all technical inspections and advance to the dynamic tests with their electric monoplane MA26RT.

Once on the asphalt, the car successfully completed the main dynamic tests of the competition. Team members experienced it as an exciting moment: "Every lap was the reward for the countless hours of work and dedication invested throughout the season," they highlighted.

Beyond the results, the experience in Croatia allowed MART to face new technical challenges and gain insights in a highly demanding environment. Additionally, competing at the Bugatti Rimac circuit gave the young engineers the opportunity to see the facilities where high-performance vehicles are developed and tested.

With this participation, the Málaga Racing Team concludes a historic season, marked by the strong performance of the MA26RT and the achievement of new institutional milestones. The team also celebrates its tenth anniversary, a year they describe as "a true dream come true."

The next event for the university team will be the presentation of the season's results to the university community, already looking ahead to the development of the monoplane for the next academic year.
