A trough with polar air will bring precipitation to the province starting Tuesday, with greater intensity on Wednesday. Daytime temperatures will remain between 27 and 28 degrees, and nighttime temperatures will not drop below 15 or 16.

The province of Málaga will register rain again this week. A trough with polar air will cause instability across almost the entire Peninsula starting Wednesday, October 7, although the temperature drop in Málaga will be less significant, according to Diario Sur. Precipitation may begin as early as Tuesday and will intensify as the trough progresses.

Temperatures will remain between 27 and 28 degrees during the day and will not drop below 15 or 16 degrees at night, values above the average for this time of year. The first autumn low-pressure system has already brought precipitation to much of Spain since Sunday, according to information from Meteored.

The most significant change will arrive on Wednesday with the entry of a trough accompanied by cold air of polar origin crossing the Peninsula. This influx will be joined by a high-pressure system settled over much of Central Europe, which will favour the circulation of easterly winds towards the western Mediterranean and the Mediterranean regions of the Peninsula.

Meteored indicates that this humid and relatively warm air at lower levels, coinciding with the arrival of cold air aloft associated with the trough, could cause showers and storms, especially in those Mediterranean areas where the easterly flow impacts more intensely, such as Málaga.

Precipitation may begin on Tuesday, when it will start to spread almost universally across the Peninsula, although it will intensify as the trough approaches. The heaviest and most persistent rains are expected to concentrate in the northern third of the Peninsula, while other areas in the centre, south, and east are also expected to see showers, although of a more irregular nature.
