The Félix Sáenz square hosted the reading of a manifesto this Wednesday to mark World Mental Health Day, celebrated on October 10. This year's slogan is 'Match with your mental health'.

The event featured the delegated councillor for Social Rights of the Málaga City Council, Francisco Cantos, and the president of the Association of Family Members and People with Mental Health Problems (Afenes) of Málaga, Ramón Flores.

Also present were the territorial delegate for Health of the Junta de Andalucía in Málaga, Lucía Yeves, and the presidents of the psychology and nursing colleges of Málaga, Mariela Checa and José Miguel Carrasco, respectively.

'Match with your mental health'

The commemoration aims to raise awareness about the importance of psychological well-being and combat the stigma associated with mental disorders.
