The Idiomas Carlos V school in Seville is part of Grupo Aspasia, and offers a varied educational offering in languages that includes English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish for foreigners. This allows for different profiles and needs of students to be addressed.

Trends in Language Learning at the National Level

At the national level, language learning is consolidating in different educational stages. 84.0% of students in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education have contact with a foreign language. This experience extends into Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), where 60.4% and 50.2% of students respectively are involved in programs that use foreign languages as a medium of instruction.

English remains the most studied language, but interest in second languages, especially French, has also been on the rise. In secondary education, 37.7% of students study French, while 14.0% in Primary and 13.6% in high school choose this language as an option.
