The restaurant La Carreta has inaugurated Bar Antequera, a new concept of signature cocktails that will be under the direction of bartender David Romero, known for his career in some of the most iconic bars in Lima. The space, located within the restaurant itself, aims to offer a sensory experience that goes beyond a simple drinks menu.
Romero, with solid experience in high-end mixology, has designed a proposal that combines technique, innovation, and a carefully selected range of ingredients. The menu includes cocktails made with premium liqueurs and spirits, as well as special pairings with Cuban cigars and other quality cigars, intended to accompany rums, whiskies, and cognacs from select labels.
“Bar Antequera represents a very personal vision of what mixology means today: quality, hospitality, attention to detail, and experiences that connect with people. We want every visitor to find a space here to enjoy, discover, and share,” Romero stated during the presentation.
The opening of Bar Antequera complements the gastronomic offer of La Carreta, a restaurant known for its cozy atmosphere and signature cuisine.
