The Acelera Pyme Office of CEM and ACIA is organising a free workshop on advanced AI aimed at SMEs, on July 22 at the San Zoilo Library.
The San Zoilo Municipal Library in Antequera will host a free course titled ‘Advanced AI: from Assistant to Agent’ on July 22, from 9:00 to 11:00, organised by the Acelera Pyme Office of the Confederation of Businessmen of Malaga (CEM) and the Association of Commerce, Business and Industry of Antequera (ACIA).
Led by consultant Isaac Morán, a specialist in digital transformation and automation, the training will focus on practical demonstrations to help attendees understand how artificial intelligence can enhance productivity, optimise resources, and free up time for tasks that truly add value to a business.
Practical and Accessible Content
The course will cover the evolution of AI from basic conversational assistants to the concept of ‘intelligent agent’, explaining how SMEs can automate business processes without the need for programming knowledge. Real cases will be shown in areas such as administration, customer service, marketing, sales, document management, and information analysis.
Participants will learn to integrate AI into everyday tools such as email, spreadsheets, cloud storage, calendars, and management software. Recommendations will also be provided for securely and efficiently implementing AI agents, tailored to the needs of each business.
CEM-ACIA Collaboration
This training initiative is part of the agreement between CEM and ACIA, which previously launched an initiative in April to present the advantages of AI to local SMEs. The Acelera Pyme Office integrates its services into the ACIA portfolio, offering members access to digitalisation resources.
Registration is free and can be completed via the digital form at https://forms.gle/Aimd34drXm9EaCQQ7. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
