The mayor of Antequera, Manolo Barón, led the municipal representation this Friday, October 2, at the commemorative events for the feast of the Holy Guardian Angels, patrons of the National Police. The day included a mass at the church of Our Lady of Los Remedios and an institutional event at the Restaurante Caserío de San Benito.
Alongside the mayor were the first deputy mayor and vice president of the Málaga Provincial Council, Juan Rosas, and deputy mayors José Manuel Fernández, Teresa Molina, and Antonio García Mendoza. The municipal delegation accompanied the officers of the Antequera Police Station, led by chief inspector Marcos Romarís.
The presence of the City Council at these events is part of the institutional support for the force and the professionals serving in the city.
